This leader ensures timely, accurate payroll delivery; maintains rigorous controls and audit-readiness; drives payroll system and process transformation; and partners cross-functionally to mitigate risk and support global growth. The ideal candidate will possess a strategic mindset, strong leadership skills, and a deep understanding of payroll technology and laws and regulations.
