The Senior Director, Global HR M&A Programs is a critical leader in the HR function, accountable for providing strategic direction, oversight and expertise in M&A Programs such as: mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, and other large commercial deals requiring employee integration. This is a high-visibility, high-impact role leading all integration activities, including pre-deal due diligence, integration planning, and post-close execution, encompassing the end-to-end experience as new employees join the company. Partnering closely with Corporate Development, Business, and HR leadership, you will design and execute integration strategies that prioritize employee engagement, talent retention, and organizational effectiveness - while mitigating people-related risks and delivering desired business outcomes. Your leadership will ensure that every milestone—from planning to implementation—is managed collaboratively and efficiently across cross-functional teams. By successfully leading these integrations, you'll play a critical role in driving Iron Mountain's strategic growth agenda. This is a remote based position in the USA.
