HubSpot is seeking a Senior Director of Global Compensation to lead our global compensation strategy. This role is a critical part of the Total Rewards leadership team, responsible for designing and executing executive and broad-based compensation programs that attract, retain, and develop the talent we need to grow. Reporting to the VP Total Rewards, you'll partner with your partners across the People Team to architect our compensation philosophy, ensuring our rewards reflect our values, fuel performance, and scale with our ambitions. This is a high-impact role for a leader who can not only set strategy but also translate it into operational excellence. You will ensure our compensation strategy is fully aligned with our broader EVP and talent goals, all in service of our business growth. The ideal candidate will have a passion for building a world-class, data-driven compensation function.
