We are seeking an experienced Senior Director/Head, Global Clinical Supply Chain to lead end-to-end clinical supply operations across a diverse and scaling portfolio (Phases 1-4). This leader will be responsible for optimizing, executing, and transforming our global clinical supply chain-including forecasting, planning, packaging and labeling operations, IRT/RTSM strategy, distribution, cold-chain management, depot oversight, vendor/CMO management, and returns/destruction. Additionally, the role will oversee sourcing, secondary packaging operations, and integration with Finance/ERP systems for procurement and financial governance. The role is critical to ensuring uninterrupted supply of innovative medicines, complex generics, and biosimilars across global trials. The ideal candidate brings deep operational leadership, strong technical and digital acumen, and a proven track record of building, modernizing, and leading high-performing clinical supply organizations in small to mid-scale pharmaceutical environments. This position will be based out of Parsippany, NJ or West Chester, PA in a hybrid work environment, 2-3 days onsite.
