Reporting to our VP of Finance, this individual will lead a team committed to ensuring CoverMy Meds (CMM) and its leaders have the partnership, financial insights and discipline needed as they strive to achieve their strategic priorities and support high-growth products. What You'll Do CoverMyMeds is looking for a Senior Director to lead its Consolidations and Cash Flow finance team. The role will work closely with finance teams and leadership to deliver insightful and actionable reporting. The ideal candidate will have experience building, managing, and communicating results from complex financial models, the ability to effectively collaborate with partners across the organization, influence leadership and drive process improvements and operational excellence aligned with business strategy. Requirements

  • The ideal candidate is self-motivated and has strong analytical skills, finance, and accounting expertise.
  • Success in this role requires a proactive, self-motivated, and hands-on professional who thrives in a high-growth, entrepreneurial, and team-oriented environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting required.
  • 12 + years’ experience in Financial Planning Analysis roles
  • 6+ years in leadership role
  • Advanced Excel, Power Point.
  • ERP and Planning tool experience (SAC and SAP a plus).

Nice To Haves

  • Advanced degree a plus.
  • Business Intelligence tool experience preferred, but not required.
  • Experience with high growth and/or technology companies preferred.
  • Experience in healthcare or Tech industry preferred

Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop a high-performing finance team responsible for CMM consolidations, cash flow, and financial systems, fostering teamwork, accountability, and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Deliver insightful, actionable reporting and executive-ready presentations to support strategic decision-making and high-growth initiatives.
  • Drive process improvements, automation, and standardization of forecasting and reporting in partnership with FP&A, pricing and accounting teams.
  • Provide financial analysis, challenge assumptions, and offer guidance to support business strategy and leadership decisions.
  • Ensure timely and accurate completion of management reports, product P&Ls, and compliance with monthly, quarterly, and annual finance requirements.
  • Identify trends, deliver market-aware insights, and make strategic recommendations to leadership.
  • Support senior leaders with ad hoc analysis, business case development, and key metrics.
  • Build relationships and collaborate effectively with stakeholders across the organization.
