About The Position
As a Senior Director Finance, FP&A here at Honeywell, you will hold a critical leadership position within our finance team. Your role will involve providing strategic direction and oversight to the business analysis and planning finance function in the Energy & Sustainability Solutions (ESS) business unit. You will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive financial strategies that align with business objectives, driving financial success, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. Collaborating closely with senior executives and cross-functional teams, you will provide insights and recommendations to drive revenue growth, optimize profitability, and minimize costs. Your expertise in financial analysis and forecasting will be instrumental in identifying business expansion opportunities and mitigating financial risks. You will report directly to our Vice President, ESS Business Analysis and Planning and you will work out of our Charlotte, NC location on a hybrid work schedule.
