About The Position

Reporting to the Vice President of Global Operations, Diabetes, the Senior Director of Facilities, Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) and Security is responsible for leading and managing all aspects of global facilities management, security, and environmental, health, and safety programs across the Diabetes organization. This role ensures the company's facilities are maintained to the highest safety, functionality, and efficiency standards while also overseeing compliance with all applicable environmental and safety regulations. The Senior Director of Facilities, EHS and Security will develop and implement strategies to enhance workplace safety, reduce environmental impact, improve operational efficiency, and maintain a safe, sustainable work environment. This global position can be located remotely but requires at least one week per month at the Diabetes HQ in Northridge, California (Los Angeles metropolitan area).
