Sr. Director of Facilities and Construction with Nemours Children's Hospital, Wilmington, DE As the Sr. Director of Facilities and Construction at Nemours you will oversee the planning , development, and implementation of construction projects and facility management initiatives within an organization. Responsible for managing budgets, timelines , and resources to ensure projects are completed on t ime and within budget. Collaborates with internal and external stakeholders to ensure that facilities meet the organization's needs and comply with regulations and safety standards. Provides strategic direction and leadership to the facilities and construction team to drive operational efficiency and excellence.
