About The Position

Reporting directly to the Chief Strategy Officer, the Sr. Director of Enterprise Project Management will have responsibility for the development and execution of an Enterprise PMO. They will ensure effective portfolio management, alignment, execution, and realization of cross-functional strategic initiatives. Specifically, they will establish processes for project intake, evaluation, governance, prioritization and decision-making. The Sr. Director of Enterprise Project Management will drive the development and implementation of scalable, efficient processes that enhance operational performance and align with the company's strategic objectives. This leader will focus on implementing initiatives, streamlining workflows, optimizing resource utilization, and embedding a culture of continuous improvement and accountability across Planet Fitness' global operations, corporate functions, and the franchise network. The Sr. Director, Enterprise Project Management will play a pivotal role in ensuring operational excellence by identifying inefficiencies, developing solutions, and leading cross-functional initiatives that deliver measurable improvements. Leveraging data, tools and technologies, and industry best practices, this role will implement projects, solutions and improvements to 'ways of working' across functions and all levels of the organization. With a pragmatism and a collaborative approach, the Sr. Director will work closely with key stakeholders-including operations, finance, marketing, IT and franchisee teams-to align processes with business goals and enhance overall organizational efficiency and effectiveness. In addition, the Sr. Director, Enterprise Project Management will champion a performance-driven culture by fostering innovation, enabling employee engagement, and building the tools and frameworks necessary to support long-term success.
