About The Position

The position is responsible for directing and managing the sales of integrated communication structures to enterprise customers, including multi-site regional businesses and national accounts. The role aims to maximize sales revenues and meet corporate objectives consistently while providing leadership and direction for diverse and complex functions. The individual will contribute to the development of the organization's business strategy and ensure alignment with organizational objectives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred, or a combination of coursework and experience, or extensive related professional experience.
  • 10+ years of relative work experience in business sales and management.

Responsibilities

  • Establish a consultative business-to-business sales culture through strong leadership and coaching.
  • Maintain excellent knowledge of the company's products/services, pricing practices, and selling skills to effectively direct regional sales deployment of new products and services targeting the enterprise segment.
  • Monitor reports and manage monthly, quarterly, and annual sales results, other activity, and performance measures.
  • Ensure the implementation of improvements in business processes yielding increased sales performance and/or operational efficiency.
  • Monitor Business Services Enterprise sales channels within budgeted sales and expense targets.
  • Establish and cultivate effective business relationships cross-functionally and with Division and Corporate Business Services teams.
  • Develop seminars, sales incentive plans, and other strategies to achieve business unit objectives.
  • Exhibit excellent written and oral communications, interpersonal skills, and planning, presentation, and organizational skills.
  • Evaluate effectiveness of subordinates and implement necessary changes.
  • Address personnel issues/performance issues in accordance with company policy.
