In the role of Sr. Director of Enterprise Architecture & Tech Innovation at Molson Coors Beverage Company, you will be an integral part of the information technology team, reporting directly to the Chief Information Officer (CIO). This position is pivotal in shaping the overall enterprise architecture direction, strategies, roadmaps, and execution plans across all functional areas, applications, and infrastructure, aligning them with the overarching objectives set by business leadership. Your leadership will be crucial in ensuring that the technology landscape is not only aligned with business goals but also drives technology innovation to achieve desired outcomes. As a key member of the IT leadership team, you will advise on technology objectives globally, identifying areas for investment and standardization across all technology domains. You will lead a talented team, fostering their growth and development through regular career discussions and one-on-one conversations. Your responsibilities will include researching technology and industry trends, utilizing IT best practices to influence stakeholders on future technology investments and program prioritization. You will also be accountable for the execution of IT projects from an enterprise architecture perspective, ensuring that selected solutions meet business objectives while adhering to established architecture standards. Your role will involve direct collaboration with senior leadership to identify service issues or risks that could impact company performance, ensuring that effective plans are in place to address these challenges. You will bring expertise in technologies such as cloud computing and IoT, as well as applications like SAP and Salesforce.com. A strong understanding of supply chain and commercial business processes, along with experience in architectural methods such as TOGAF and Service Oriented Architecture (SOA), will be essential in overseeing the technology innovation team and supporting the strategy and growth of this capability within the organization.
