We are seeking a Senior Director of Enterprise AI to lead the strategy, execution, and governance of AI-powered solutions across the enterprise. This role requires a seasoned leader with a management consulting background, deep expertise in AI-driven business process automation, and the ability to engage with executive leadership to drive AI adoption at scale. The ideal candidate will have experience building and leading cross-functional AI teams, including product managers, analysts, data scientists, and AI developers, while fostering a strong culture of collaboration and innovation. They should also have expertise in AI governance frameworks, leading SteerCo discussions for strategic decision-making, and working with product engineering teams to develop AI solutions while evaluating buy vs. build approaches. A strong business application understanding across Salesforce, ERP, HR/Legal applications, and Data Lake solutions is essential to ensure seamless AI integration into enterprise systems.
