About The Position

Be part of a team driving engineering performance within Honeywell
Electromagnetic Defensive Solutions (EDS) Defense Systems.

The Sr. Director of Engineering will lead the engineering teams responsible for
development programs and production readiness activities across the full product
portfolio of EDS Defense Systems and reports to the CTO of EDS Engineering. 
This is a key leadership position in the development of the business, driving
high standards of engineering performance through collaboration and coordination
across engineering and other functions within the business.  It is responsible
for defining overall long- and short-term functional goals to support the
business’ strategic aims.

The ideal candidate is a change agent, with a strong engineering and
programmatic background who has experience in managing development programs and
production readiness/support activities across a diverse product portfolio. The
candidate should have demonstrated capabilities to work across functions in a
highly matrixed organization to achieve operational results.
