Its ongoing success relies on the products, technologies, and tools the Global Ads & Data Product & Engineering team developed. With a substantial presence in four countries, this fast-paced and complex organization encompasses hundreds of employees working across various product and strategic domains. Our team, Ad Experience, is dedicated to optimizing the user experience when displaying advertisements on Samsung TVs. We drive innovation through the development of diverse ad formats and features, strategically balancing exceptional user experience with maximized business outcomes. We actively leverage artificial intelligence to streamline workflows, enhance optimization efforts, and build cutting-edge tools that open new business streams. As the leader for our Ad Experience, you will oversee multiple teams of software developers across multiple sites responsible for critical products for Samsung Ads. Your role will involve building the world class ads product to optimize ad experience, collaborating with other leads in the other sites, and partnering with senior product and engineering leadership to ensure an effective global product development process. The ideal candidate possesses deep, hands-on knowledge of the ad tech ecosystem, a proven track record of setting and maintaining an extremely high-performance bar, and experience in the full cycle of talent acquisition from recruiting top-tier talent to mentoring and upleveling existing teams. This leader must thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced setting and demonstrate a history of implementing innovative solutions that deliver measurable business impact. This position will report directly to the US Site Lead and will be based in the Mountain View, CA office, with both domestic and international travel.
