We have an opportunity at our corporate offices in Chicago for a Sr. Director Development & Effectiveness on our Human Resources team. This is a hybrid position reporting into our Chicago, IL office, requiring 3 days a week in the office. This position will lead the development and execution of organizational and talent management strategies and initiatives to support the vision, values, and key strategic goals of the AMA. Collaborate with senior leaders and HR business partners to enhance leadership, teams, and individual effectiveness. Creates strategies and initiatives to improve organizational effectiveness.
