About The Position
The purpose of Design-to-Value (DtV) is to shape revenue growth and margin expansion opportunities through a multi-lens view of consumer, competitive, cost and design insights. The DtV Leader will provide overall strategic guidance and management of the end-to-end DtV efforts across Fortune Brands Innovation. This role will build relationships with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure a strategic, holistic and sustainable approach to DtV. Additionally, the leader is responsible for implementing the process, establishing & prioritizing the pipeline, while leading a dedicated team of resources that identify opportunities, develop concepts and provide actionable business recommendations.
