About The Position

We are seeking a senior leader to drive advanced packaging and strategic supplier programs from concept through manufacturing readiness and execution. You will partner closely with internal engineering, operations, procurement, finance, legal, and external technology partners to deliver high‑impact programs, manage risk, and ensure technical deliverables and commercial structures are aligned for execution.

Requirements

• 15+ years of leadership experience in semiconductor / advanced packaging / supplier programs.
• Proven track record leading external partner programs and cross‑functional execution at scale.
• Experience owning manufacturing readiness and technical delivery gating with partner handoffs.
• Strong business judgment in navigating program economics (scope, milestones, acceptance criteria, and payment/closure).

Nice To Haves

• Experience structuring co‑development or partner‑funded programs and integrating them into internal roadmaps.
• Comfort operating across engineering, finance, procurement, and legal to unblock execution.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic engagements with external partners and suppliers, aligning program scope, technical requirements, timelines, and funding models.
• Own manufacturing readiness and executive gating for advanced‑packaging deliverables, including review and release of final design/fabrication/test data packages to partners.
• Govern a portfolio of complex, cross‑functional programs—driving milestone execution, risk mitigation, and stakeholder alignment.
• Provide executive leadership on commercial and operational closure: statements of work, purchase orders, delivery/acceptance alignment, and payment resolution tied to delivered work.
• Communicate clear, data‑driven recommendations to senior stakeholders and drive timely decisions across multiple teams and partners.
