Responsibilities

• Develop end-to-end customer service strategies for all lines of business.
• Inform upstream processes and improvement opportunities.
• Lead a team of approximately 700 FTEs, including Directors, Managers, Supervisors, Business Analysts, Customer Service Representatives, and support staff located in multiple sites.
• Manage a total financial responsibility for the department with an annual cost budget of approximately $155 million.
