Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Typically requires 15+ years of professional experience in data analytics, software development, or enterprise data platforms, and 5+ years of senior leadership or management experience overseeing large-scale, customer-facing services.
  • Proven track record in managing large-scale, customer-facing analytics services and software products.
  • Experience with cloud platforms, data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau), and modern web development frameworks.
  • Strong understanding of data governance, master data management, and compliance frameworks.
  • Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional teams and managing complex stakeholder relationships.
  • Strategic leadership in analytics service delivery and commercialization.
  • Expertise in software architecture, agile development, and DevOps practices.
  • Strong financial acumen and experience managing service budgets and cost structures.
  • Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and change leadership skills.
  • Ability to drive innovation while maintaining operational excellence and compliance.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with natural language processing, generative AI, and conversational analytics.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, eCommerce, and enterprise ERP/CRM systems.
  • Experience in healthcare or pharmaceutical distribution preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end delivery of the Customer Analytics & Reporting Service, including platform strategy, roadmap execution, stakeholder engagement, and service performance.
  • Lead the development and management of the ERA platform's custom web application, ensuring scalability, performance, and user-centric design.
  • Oversee software engineering teams responsible for building and maintaining reporting dashboards, data visualization tools, and embedded analytics features.
  • Drive the integration of advanced analytics and AI/ML capabilities into customer-facing dashboards, with optional support for natural language interfaces and generative AI features.
  • Manage the migration and consolidation of legacy reporting platforms (e.g., MAP, SSRS, SAP BO) into the ERA platform.
  • Champion user experience improvements, including persona-driven UI design and mobile/email accessibility.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders (e.g., CSI Product, MT Enterprise Data Org, PSAS CIO) to align service strategy with enterprise goals.
  • Ensure compliance with SOX, SOC, DSCSA, and other regulatory standards through robust data governance and audit-ready reporting.
  • Manage service financials, including direct and indirect costs, initiative spend, and cost-per-unit metrics in partnership with Finance.
  • Monitor and report on service-specific KPIs such as usage, NPS, CXO call volumes, and cost savings.
