About The Position

Acrisure is seeking a highly experienced and technically adept Sr. Director, CRM Systems to own the architecture, scalability, and governance of our enterprise CRM ecosystem. This role will focus heavily on Salesforce and HubSpot, with accountability for systems design, integrations, security, and technical roadmap execution. The ideal candidate is a hands-on technology leader who can architect enterprise-grade solutions, oversee complex integrations, and ensure that CRM platforms remain scalable, secure, and high-performing as the business grows.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field required; Master's preferred.
  • 12+ years of enterprise CRM systems experience, with at least 7+ years in Salesforce technical leadership roles.
  • Proven expertise in Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ, Marketing Cloud, Experience Cloud) and HubSpot CRM/Marketing Hub.
  • Demonstrated success architecting large-scale CRM ecosystems with complex integrations.
  • Strong experience with integration platforms (MuleSoft, Boomi, Informatica, etc.) and data pipelines.
  • Hands-on knowledge of cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and API-driven architectures.
  • Salesforce certifications: System Architect, Application Architect, or Technical Architect preferred.
  • HubSpot technical certifications in CRM and integrations strongly preferred.
  • Proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components, REST/SOAP APIs, SQL, and ETL frameworks.
  • Familiarity with DevOps for Salesforce (Gearset, Copado, etc.) and Git-based workflows.

Responsibilities

  • Define and own the technical architecture for Salesforce and HubSpot, ensuring scalability, high availability, and security.
  • Develop and maintain the long-term CRM systems roadmap, aligned with enterprise architecture standards and IT governance.
  • Oversee API frameworks, middleware platforms, and integration strategies to connect Salesforce, HubSpot, ERP, data platforms, and customer applications.
  • Lead the design, development, and implementation of new Salesforce and HubSpot functionality, including automation, workflows, custom objects, and advanced configuration.
  • Establish standards for code quality, release management, and DevOps pipelines in Salesforce and HubSpot environments.
  • Implement data governance frameworks, master data management (MDM), and data quality controls to ensure trusted customer data.
  • Lead a team of CRM engineers, solution architects, and administrators responsible for platform stability and enhancements.
  • Drive adoption of modern engineering practices including CI/CD, automated testing, sandbox management, and version control.
  • Partner with InfoSec to ensure CRM systems meet enterprise cybersecurity and compliance requirements (e.g., GDPR, CCPA, SOC 2).
  • Architect seamless integrations between Salesforce, HubSpot, and key enterprise applications (ERP, data warehouse, marketing automation, customer support tools, etc.).
  • Optimize data pipelines for reporting and analytics, enabling a single source of truth for customer and sales data.
  • Implement scalable APIs and event-driven architectures to enable real-time data synchronization across platforms.
  • Lead enterprise CRM transformation programs including system consolidations, global rollouts, and multi-cloud deployments.
  • Partner with data and analytics teams to build robust reporting, dashboards, and advanced analytics capabilities.
  • Manage vendor relationships with Salesforce, HubSpot, and middleware providers, ensuring platforms are optimized for performance and cost efficiency.
