About The Position
The Sr. Director Critical Infrastructure is responsible for defining and implementing the strategic direction of all critical infrastructure (CI) systems (power, HVAC, fire suppression, etc.), daily operations and staff support as well as leading and managing performance across the national footprint. This role is responsible for collaborating across CI team boundaries to drive an excellent customer experience and ensure the CI organization is fully integrated into the broader Altice USA Field Ops strategy. The position requires a proactive focus on 99.999% reliability, technical and procedural consistency, clear and timely communication, and ensuring disciplined financial execution to maximize return on every dollar spent. The leader will also need to design, partner to implement, and then optimize an objective reporting and analytics framework for the CI organization that is integrated with key partners across the network and IT organizations. Development of clear unambiguous performance standards and associated metrics is a critical part of the role. The Sr. Director is also responsible for building, developing, and leading a high performing organization with the right mix of technical and leadership expertise at each level, fostering a culture focused on creating highly stable and predictable critical infrastructure to support the network organization.
