Position Summary This isn't your typical creative director role — and we're not looking for a typical candidate. We're looking for a rare kind of leader: someone who has built and inspired creative teams, championed brand integrity at every touchpoint, and is now ready to step beyond the creative function and own the channels that bring a brand to life at scale. This is a newly created position with genuine scope to define what it looks like and grow with it. You'll have the autonomy to build, shape, and lead — with the support of a marketing team that's ambitious and collaborative. As Sr. Director of Creative & Content, you'll be the driving force behind how our brand looks, sounds, and connects — from setting the creative vision and brand standards to leading our social channels, influencer strategy, PR, and content production. You'll work closely with the broader marketing leadership team, with a seat at the table where business strategy meets brand storytelling. You're as excited about the business as you are about the brand. You understand that great creative isn't just beautiful — it performs. And you're ready to be accountable for both.
