Sr. Director, Converged Product - Platform & Data Services
About The Position
As the Senior Director of Converged Product for Platform and Data Services, you will lead the strategy and execution of Warner Bros. Discovery’s next generation advertising platform. You will own the product vision, roadmap, and delivery of foundational capabilities that power converged ad experiences across linear, digital, streaming, and emerging endpoints. In this role, you will drive alignment across engineering, data, ad tech, identity, measurement, and monetization teams to deliver a unified, interoperable platform that enables consistent, accurate, scalable advertising experiences for marketers and internal operators. You will define and evolve global platform standards, ensure data consistency and integrity, and guide a multi-year transformation toward a fully converged advertising ecosystem. You will serve as a senior leader across the ad platform organization, influencing long-term architecture decisions, shaping cross team operating models, and stewarding a high performing product culture focused on quality, reliability, and measurable business outcomes.
