Your New Role: As the Senior Director, Converged Product – Ad Workflows & Optimization, you will define and lead the product strategy for WBD’s unified advertising technology ecosystem. Reporting to the VP, Product, Converged AdTech & Linear Systems, you will own end-to-end product vision and roadmaps for converged planning, forecasting, yield optimization, cross platform monetization, reporting, and full PitchtoPay lifecycle management. You will guide a multidisciplinary product organization — including product managers, technical product managers, and program managers — and work closely with Engineering and Data Science to evolve the platform into an AI driven, agent powered system capable of autonomously coordinating high scale ad operations. You will ensure product investments align with monetization outcomes, operational efficiency, customer experience, lifecycle orchestration, and long-term AI native platform modernization, supporting billions of monthly impressions and thousands of global users. Core Platform Domains you will own: Pitch-to-Pay Workflow Proposal creation Deal structuring and revisions Order creation and activation Planning & Forecasting Demand forecasting Scenario modeling Inventory reservation and conflicts Pricing & Packaging Rate cards and dynamic pricing logic Bundles, guarantees, and audience-based packaging Discounting and approvals Optimization & Yield Management In-flight optimization Pacing and delivery adjustments Cross-platform yield decisions Sales, Planner & Ops Experiences Workflow orchestration across roles Error handling and exception flows Audit trails and reconciliation tools Lifecycle & State Orchestration Linear ↔ digital convergence logic State transitions across systems Dependency management and rollback logic How We Get Things Done… This last bit is probably the most important! Actual salaries will vary based on several factors, including but not limited to external market data, internal equity, location, skill set, experience, and/or performance. Base pay is just one component of Warner Bros. Discovery’s total compensation package for employees. Pay Range: $192,570.00 - $357,630.00 salary per year. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, short- and long-term incentives, and program-specific awards. In addition, Warner Bros.
