Position Overview We are seeking a strategic and enterprise-minded Sr. Director, Global Head of Compensation to lead the design and execution of our global compensation strategy. This role will oversee job architecture, compensation infrastructure, equity programs, and sales compensation design and administration to ensure our rewards programs drive performance, growth, and long-term value creation. This leader will partner closely with Executive Leadership, Finance, Legal, and Revenue teams to build scalable, competitive, and equitable compensation programs that support our global workforce.

Requirements

  • 12+ years of progressive compensation leadership experience, including global scope.
  • Deep expertise in job architecture, equity programs, and sales compensation.
  • Experience supporting executive leadership and board-level governance.
  • Strong analytical and financial acumen.
  • Proven ability to lead through growth and transformation.

Responsibilities

  • Global Compensation Strategy Develop and implement a global compensation philosophy aligned to business strategy. Lead salary structure design, market benchmarking, and incentive frameworks. Ensure governance, compliance, and pay equity across regions.
  • Job Architecture & Infrastructure Design and maintain enterprise-wide job architecture, leveling, and career frameworks. Oversee compensation systems, analytics, and annual planning processes. Drive data-informed decision-making and operational excellence.
  • Equity & Executive Compensation Design and administer executive and broad-based equity programs. Partner with Legal and Finance to support governance and Compensation Committee agenda development. Align long-term incentives to company performance and shareholder value.
  • Sales Compensation Design and govern scalable global sales compensation plans. Partner with Revenue and Finance leaders on plan effectiveness and cost modeling. Oversee plan administration and ensure operational rigor.
  • Leadership Lead and develop a high-performing global compensation team. Advise senior executives on compensation strategy and talent decisions. Champion inclusive and equitable pay practices.
