About The Position

At Green House, we grow brands people love. We’re transforming into a fully integrated, data-driven agency, and we’re looking for a financial leader who bridges strategy and operations. The Senior Director of Commercial Finance will be the engine behind pricing, forecasting, profitability, and scalable financial systems. You’ll partner closely with client teams, operations, and leadership to ensure financial rigor underpins growth.

Requirements

• 12+ years in finance leadership roles, preferably in marketing, agency, or services businesses
• Experience managing both FP&A and accounting in parallel
• Deep understanding of agency P&Ls, client billing models, and project-based revenue recognition
• Strong mastery of ERP tools (NetSuite, etc.), data tools, and modeling
• Excellent communicator, able to translate financials into strategic insight
• Hands-on, entrepreneurially minded—comfortable in ambiguity and rolling up your sleeves

Responsibilities

• Lead commercial finance: drive pricing strategy, forecasting, revenue analysis, and margin optimization
• Collaborate across client, HR, and operations teams to align financial strategy with business goals
• Build and refine financial models and scenario planning for business expansion or risk mitigation
• Oversee enterprise-level reporting systems and ensure integration across ERP, accounting, and forecasting platforms
• Mentor and grow a small team of finance and accounting professionals, guiding them to be strategic business partners
• Establish governance for contracts, rate cards, and SOWs to safeguard margins and clarity
• Represent finance in executive discussions, contributing to company-level priorities and direction
