Commerce Media is one of the fastest-growing parts of modern performance marketing—spanning Amazon Ads and retail media networks (RMNs) like Walmart Connect, Target Roundel, Instacart, grocery/pharmacy retailers, Chewy, and emerging commerce media platforms. This role will partner directly with the Chief Digital Officer to build Tombras’ Commerce Media practice—standing up a new commerce-focused team and capability that connects: Retailer on-site + off-site media, Tombras’ broader media strategy and investment teams, Analytics + Data Science for omni-commerce closed-loop measurement (in-store + online), and Creative/Content for better commerce experiences that go beyond standard sponsored product ads.
