The Senior Director role, is a strategic and influential leader responsible for overseeing a portfolio of high-value client relationships. This role is critical in driving enterprise client satisfaction, retention, and accelerated growth across all Magnit services. The Senior Director serves as a trusted advisor to C-suite and senior executive stakeholders, guiding the strategic evolution of their contingent workforce programs while ensuring alignment with broader business goals. This role partners closely with cross-functional leaders across Sales, Product, Operations, and Marketing to drive innovation, continuous improvement, and client success. The Senior Director plays a key leadership role in shaping and executing account strategies, expanding wallet share, and contributing to the broader strategic direction of the Client Delivery organization. The Senior Director is also responsible for the performance, development, and leadership of Account Managers/Senior Account Managers on their team.
