For this ILC, PayPal is seeking an experienced Chief Credit Officer (“CCO”) to serve as a key member of the executive leadership team and be responsible for the overall quality of the merchant credit portfolio, ensuring lending activities are conducted in a safe and sound manner in compliance with Board-approved policies. The CCO leads the development and execution of credit policies, oversees credit risk management, ensures the quality of the loan portfolio, and provides strategic guidance to support the bank’s growth, profitability, and regulatory compliance. This role requires close collaboration with executive management, the Board of Directors, lending teams, and regulators to maintain a sound credit culture aligned with the bank’s risk appetite and business objectives. The CCO will report to the ILC President.
