About The Position
We are seeking an experienced and strategic leader to head the Business Systems Cybersecurity team. As the Sr. Director, you will oversee all business area (BA) cybersecurity activities in support of current and future contracts. You will be responsible for driving corporate-wide cybersecurity strategy, initiatives, processes, and projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cybersecurity, risk management, and team leadership. As SNC's corporate team, we provide the company and its business areas with strategic direction and business support spanning executive management, finance and accounting, operations, human resources, legal, IT, information security, facilities, marketing, and communications. In this role, you will maintain and continue to develop a comprehensive cybersecurity program aligned to best practices, while overseeing security risks, incident response, and recovery efforts. You will collaborate with stakeholders to ensure security initiatives align with business objectives, while monitoring emerging threats and trends in the cybersecurity landscape. Regular reports and updates will be provided to executive leadership on the status of the cybersecurity program. Establishing and maintaining relationships with external partners and vendors will be crucial to ensure effective security operations. You will foster a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration to improve processes and compliance, while maintaining compliance with DFARs and CMMC regulations. Additionally, you will provide guidance and oversight to the security team, ensuring they are properly trained and equipped to perform their duties. Maintaining strong relationships with internal and external customers to support enterprise cybersecurity activities is essential. You will provide leadership oversight and ensure the team is developed to promote growth and success, while ensuring thoughtful adherence to all SNC policies, procedures, and compliance regulations.
