About The Position

As Senior Director, Brand Strategy (Buldak), you will lead the vision and execution of Buldak’s marketing ecosystem across all pillars.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of progressive brand management/marketing experience, ideally in CPG (food & beverage strongly preferred).
  • Proven track record of managing brands with revenue exceeding 1B$, with hands-on leadership across the growth journey.
  • Experience building Gen Z–focused brands, with deep understanding of cultural trends, digital-first storytelling, and community engagement.
  • Strong background in e-commerce and digital channels (DTC, Amazon, retail media), with ability to drive omni-channel growth.

Responsibilities

  • Define and lead the roadmap for growing user base and brand equity, establishing a 3 year growth roadmap.
  • Lead the brand equity development making the brand among top 10 Gen Z brands in the USA.
  • Take end to end ownership of new product development, working jointly with consumer insights, product development, customer leadership and finance teams.
  • Ensure in market success with strong go-to-market strategies, developing category growth story and partnering with key customers.
  • Develop and lead a team of 5-7 direct reports while managing the marketing network across USA and partnering with other global team and other regional teams.
