We’re looking for a strategic, culturally fluent leader to drive how our brand shows up in the world across owned, earned and influencer touchpoints. The Sr. Director of Brand, Social & Culture Partnerships will lead our external storytelling ecosystem — spanning brand partnerships, PR, influencer/creator strategy, and social — to build relevance, earn attention and drive new household adoption. This is a highly cross-functional, externally facing leadership role responsible for shaping our cultural presence and building meaningful partnerships that move the brand forward. You’ll manage a small but mighty team (3 direct reports) and work closely across other teams (Creative, Media, Innovation, Sales and Leadership) to spread Spindrift brand love to millions of new households.
