Utz Brands is seeking a dynamic and visionary Senior Director of Brand Management to lead our flagship brand portfolio, seasonal lines, and portfolio marketing strategy. Reporting to the SVP, Brand Brand Marketing, the Senior Director, Brand Management- Utz & Seasonal will have a bachelor's degree in marketing, consumer behavior, or business management, MBA preferred and a minimum 10 years of experience in CPG brand and/or customer marketing roles. Candidates must possess superior analytical thinking with the ability to identify key insights and build growth strategies and the ability to function on a project basis while maintaining strategic vision. Proven leadership in developing and empowering employees to achieve objectives with a team-based approach, as well as the ability to display an entrepreneurial spirit with the ability to flourish in a dynamic, high-growth environment are crucial in this position.
