The Sr. Director / AVP of Sales at GuideStar Eldercare (GSE) is the driver of the regionâs business development activity and success. Reach monthly goals established by company leadership. Will stay informed with industry/competitor changes and gain expertise in GSE services. Must have demonstrated success in consultative sales and client relationship development with a high attention to detail regarding communication, presentations and territory management and tracking. Proven experience in developing growth/sales plans. Ability to think strategically and understand clientsâ needs and effectively close contracts. Must be driven, high energy, and have a passion for GSE mission.
