As a Gartner Analyst, you will create and advise on a portfolio of Gartner research, communicate it to clients and support sales in new sales and client retention by demonstrating expert knowledge in this subject area with potential clients. Your research portfolio will provide insight, predictions and actionable advice to clients around artificial intelligence (AI) and sales technology and operations. As part of Gartner's Sales Business, Technology and Insight practice, you'll help B2B Chief Sales Officers (CSOs), Chief Revenue Officers (CROs) and other sales leaders in developing AI strategies for Sales and RevOps organizations, selecting and evaluating sales technologies, and implementing and scaling AI in their organizations. Who you are: Have overseen the technology strategy or key decisions for a B2B sales organization, including implementations of AI. Experience in evaluating and selecting technology and AI for large enterprise B2B companies with complex sales organizations. Demonstrated ability to determine the best AI use cases to pursue in support of sales strategy. Strategy and execution responsibility for Sales technology within a sales organization or product, and the related AI augmentation concerns. Oversight of or familiarity with intelligent, "agentic" AI systems that can make decisions, adapt, and perform autonomous tasks, such as generating personalized outreach emails or providing real-time insights to sales reps. Fluent in AI prompt engineering, context engineering, use cases and business justification (ROI). Ability to go deep into technology and AI concepts such as agent to agent, agent orchestration, AI models, context engineering, etc.
