About The Position
The Senior Director, 360 Insights - Business Product Owner is responsible for driving the strategic vision, development, and execution of select products to support a wide range of CMG use cases. This role leads cross-functional collaboration to align customer / patient / product / ecosystem insight capabilities with enterprise priorities, coupling innovation with business decision-making and actions that drive customer engagement. The Senior Director partners with senior leadership, business stakeholders, and technical teams to shape product strategy, optimize resource allocation, and drive adoption. As the central owner of individual product lifecycles, this leader ensures seamless integration, measurable impact, and continuous evolution of business products to meet the dynamic needs of patients, customers, and the enterprise.
