The Commercial Strategy team plays a crucial role in analyzing and monitoring key demand and competitive trends impacting Moody’s customers and prospects within the Insurance segment. Additionally, the team evaluates methods to enhance resource deployment and operational efficiency. The market strategist's findings and recommendations are instrumental for senior management in several strategic areas, including identifying potential growth opportunities with existing customers or in new customer sub-segments and workflows, prioritizing and deploying product, sales, service and marketing resources to improve profitability, supporting M&A and investment activities, and informing marketing messages and positioning.
