  • Create innovative programs and strategies for customers to differentiate Medline in the marketplace.
  • Participate in overall product strategy and conceptual program development.
  • Establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales for regions and territories.
  • Grow national sales revenue results by coaching and motivating the federal sales team.
  • Track sales team metrics, monitoring sales volume, product mix, and selling price.
  • Provide leadership and management to one or more major departments within the federal government sector.
  • Direct budgetary responsibility for one or more departments or major federal projects/programs.
  • Interpret and execute policies for departments/projects and develop new policies as needed.
  • Hire staff, recommend pay increases, perform performance reviews, and ensure consistent application of organizational policies.
  • Typically requires a bachelor's degree in a business-related field.
  • A minimum of 15 years of experience in a leadership role, with at least 10 years preferably within the Federal Government.
  • Demonstrated ability to execute marketing strategies and tactics.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and develop presentations.
  • Skill in presenting to senior management or C-suite.
  • Demonstrated ability to assess and initiate actions independently.
  • Experience managing multiple projects with varying completion dates.
  • Demonstrated ability to work with cross-functional teams.
