The Senior Director, Field Sales Engineering & Program Management leads a global, high-impact organization of Field Sales Engineers, Solution Architects, and Design Engineers focused on complex reseller and customer opportunities. This role shapes and executes pre-sales engineering strategy—driving technical enablement, innovation, and programs that accelerate pipeline and deliver measurable business outcomes. As a senior leader, you will partner closely with Sales, Product Management, Vendors, and Customers to define solution strategy, build scalable enablement programs, and represent TD SYNNEX’s engineering vision with executive audiences.
