The Global Customer Operations Group focuses on enabling our customer success that fuels profitable growth. You will define and drive the engineering strategy for Etch technology within GCO, leading complex hardware, software, and systems initiatives that enhance process capability, improve system reliability, and extend the performance lifetime of our installed base. You will work directly with key customers to resolve exceptionally challenging process engineering issues, anticipate future technology inflections, and initiate the development of innovative, integrated solutions that address their highest‑value technical and operational needs.
