About The Position

Adobe is seeking a Sales Executive to lead a team focused on driving revenue within the company's most Strategic Accounts. This role involves selling enterprise software applications and digital marketing solutions to large enterprise accounts, emphasizing structured sales management and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on leader passionate about developing sales talent and ensuring the team's success through effective pipeline oversight and execution excellence.

Requirements

  • Experience in selling business-focused enterprise software applications and/or digital marketing solutions.
  • Proven track record of driving sales cadences and operational rigor in a sales organization.
  • Strong leadership skills with a focus on developing sales talent and driving team performance.
  • Ability to build relationships with C-level executives and understand their strategic priorities.
  • Experience in pipeline and forecast management.

  • Experience in a technology or software sales environment.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing solutions and their impact on business outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Own the execution of essential sales cadences, including deal inspections, pipeline reviews, and forecast meetings.
  • Ensure the successful adoption and measurable impact of Adobe solutions, translating customer investments into tangible business outcomes.
  • Build and nurture trusted relationships with C-suite leaders, understanding their strategic priorities.
  • Mentor and develop a team of Account Directors, providing structured feedback and coaching to improve performance.
  • Maintain a clear view of the team's pipeline, ensuring opportunities are accurately tracked and forecasted.
  • Create a high-performance environment where adherence to sales processes and data-driven decision-making are the norms.
  • Engage with Marketing, Product, Professional Services, and other key stakeholders to ensure seamless collaboration.
  • Work closely with the sales team to facilitate deal progression.
