The Sr. Digital Product Owner is the subject matter expert for their assigned digital products - ensuring superior digital experiences and serving a critical role of bridging the gap between business users and agile development teams. This role will focus exclusively on the Omni team, specializing in order management, fulfillment, inventory and payment on Hallmark.com. This position works closely with the agile team to write user stories, manage the product backlog, perform release planning and escalate issues as necessary. They must have an excellent understanding of the business needs that they represent, the technology on which they're building and ensure a great end-user experience. In addition to managing the backlog, they will collaborate with agile teams to oversee day-to-day user support and satisfaction of their products. They will be the main point-of-contact for the agile scrum team and are expected to proactively communicate back with business partners on new enhancements, research and respond to questions and ensure issues are resolved in a timely manner. Candidates must have strong communication and facilitation skills, with a proven record of leading complex projects with multiple business partners. They must exhibit corporate & interpersonal savvy and confidence leading technical projects under tight budgets and timelines.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or 4 years professional work experience.
  • At least 3 years of product management, website management experience, digital account management experience and/or other related experience with technology platforms.
  • Experience with agile development methodology.

Nice To Haves

  • 3-6 years of digital product management experience.
  • Knowledge of JIRA and other product management tools such as Confluence.
  • Familiarity with application testing, debugging and analysis of issues.
  • Specialized in any Order Management Tool and integrations around it.
  • Experience in Manhattan Active OMNI is preferred.
  • Experience in Order and Inventory data flow and Payment integration related requirements.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and a high volume of initiatives at one time.
  • Curious and self-starter with a client-service mentality.
