As a Lead digital product manager, you will be at the forefront of driving the development and enhancement of our digital products. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to define product strategy, prioritize features, and ensure successful execution of our digital roadmap.   • Define and communicate the strategic vision for our digital product portfolio, aligning it with business goals and customer needs
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive product roadmap, prioritizing features and enhancements based on customer feedback, market research, and business objectives
  • Collaborate closely with design, engineering, marketing, and sales teams to ensure alignment and successful delivery of product initiatives
  • Work with stakeholders to gather and prioritize product requirements, ensuring alignment with business goals and user needs
  • Oversee the end-to-end product development process, from concept ideation and design to development, testing, and launch
  • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of our digital products, iterating based on data-driven insights
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify market trends, customer needs, and opportunities for product differentiation
  • 5+ years of experience in digital product management
  • Experience with UX/UI best practices, SEO, web analytics, and digital marketing principles
  • Experience providing product guidance on web and mobile design trends and responsive web development
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and business needs
  • Solid career experience in strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to translate market insights into actionable product strategies
  • Deep experience working in an Agile environment and knowledge of product management best practices
  • Proven track record of successfully leading consumer-facing web and mobile product development and delivering digital products or services that meet customer needs and business objectives
  • Proven solid communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization
  • Extensive professional experience in a similar role within eCommerce or B2B space
