About The Position

The Sr. Digital Marketing Specialist will drive business growth by optimizing the audience experience across all digital touchpoints. This role involves defining the strategy for digital projects and campaigns, collaborating closely with the digital marketing promotions, content, and analytics teams to execute that strategy effectively.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of relevant work experience in digital marketing strategy.
• Proven experience with digital tools and concepts.
• Excellent business acumen.
• Ability to understand client needs and build ongoing relationships.
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
• Experience interfacing with business leaders and translating digital strategies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Project management skills for managing and prioritizing multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Create the digital strategy and lead the execution of the experience brief for internal clients.
• Define the digital touchpoints per campaign or project, working cross-functionally with the digital marketing team.
• Gain alignment and manage project timing across teams based on the brief.
• Communicate key milestones with internal clients and manage the process to stay on track with project timing.
• Manage the digital marketing global calendar and strategize project timing based on business needs.
• Partner with the analytics team to understand audiences across platforms and inform experience strategy with a clear measurement strategy.
• Develop an optimization strategy focusing on audience experience using A/B testing and personalization.
• Understand the entire user journey across touchpoints and design experience strategies to enhance digital experiences.
• Execute content on the website, manage development needs, and utilize promotional tools for audiences.
• Contribute new ideas to engage audiences across digital touchpoints and improve website experience.
