About The Position

CrazyGames is a leading browser games platform, serving millions of users worldwide. We leverage innovative advertising technologies to optimize monetization while delivering a seamless gaming experience to 50M users, every month. As we continue to expand, we’re looking for a Sr. Digital Analyst to join our mighty Monetization team, owning the data and analytics that powers Ads. In this role, you will optimize ad revenue by identifying opportunities and uncovering hidden issues, using clever data design, analysis, experimentation, and close collaboration with the cross-functional Ads team to drive revenue gains. You will report to Monetization and partner closely with Product, Data, and Finance to ensure the right data, tracking, and reporting are in place to support decision-making and revenue growth. Key Outcomes for this role Within 1 month You have an understanding of CrazyGames’ product, ad tech stack and key metrics You understand and reviewed our tracking setup and internal and external reporting tools You start contributing to basic analyses and validating existing dashboards Within 3 months You are able to query and validate our datasets independently using SQL You’ve identified immediate opportunities to improve data quality and revenue insights You perform revenue reconciliation and discrepancy analysis across systems and partners You build or improve dashboards in tools like Preset, Burt, or similar BI tools You ensure stakeholders (Product, Ads, Finance) have reliable and actionable reporting You begin identifying optimization opportunities through data analysis Within 6 months You identify revenue leakage, inconsistencies, and performance issues through automated alerts and dashboards You own the design and validation of event tracking and measurement frameworks You improve data pipelines (extraction, cleaning, transformation) and ensure data reliability You collaborate on yield optimization initiatives by providing deep analysis and insights Within 12 months You are a key driver of data-driven monetization strategy and decision-making You contribute to dynamic optimization logic (e.g. flooring, traffic shaping, traffic allocation strategies) You ensure best-in-class reporting and visualization across the organization You are a trusted partner to leadership on analytics, measurement, and revenue performance

Requirements

  • Relevant experience in a similar role, either at a publisher, agency or an ad tech company, with a strong understanding of programmatic advertising and monetization data.
  • Strong SQL skills (must-have)
  • Experience working with BI tools (e.g. Preset, Burt, Looker)
  • Comfortable working across the full data stack: extraction, cleaning, manipulation, and reporting
  • Experience with digital analytics tools (e.g. GA4, GAM)
  • Comfortable working with imperfect, non-ready data and building reliable datasets
  • The most nosy and inquisitive person, wanting to understand how everything works and how you can make it better
  • Eye for detail and for the big picture. You can quickly spot patterns in large amounts of data and love some detective work if something feels off
  • Communicate clearly and can translate complex data into actionable insights
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally with product, engineering, ads, and finance teams

Nice To Haves

  • Background in mathematics, statistics, or a related field
  • Experience with optimization algorithms (e.g. multi-armed bandits, experimentation frameworks)
  • Experience building or working with custom tracking systems
