Outreach Description: The team includes a Support Desk responsible for monitoring and sustaining operational systems that support the warfighter and other IC users in both Government and/or Contractor approved facilities, responding to system problems and customer inquiries in a timely manner, and satisfying the continued demands of the Tools. The team provides hands-on and mission specific expertise for each of the tools in the forms of training, direct user support, user communications, documentation, requirements vetting, and support to both development and operations for each tool. The team will provide Support Desk services to current operational systems and shall also support the transition and decommission activities of legacy capabilities. The Outreach Team is responsible for collecting and assisting in new architecture conceptualization of solutions. Operations Description: Under the completion-based Operations Task Order, the Subcontractor shall bring consistency to AEA's operations support and security posture, allowing analysts to navigate the vast ecosystem of analytic capability to accomplish mission. AEA Operations provides support across AEA and partners with the IC community when tools support users outside. The AEA Operations and AEA ISSO teams shall be ultimately responsible for the STE/STN compliance of their supported systems and will execute and implement solutions to ensure all supported tools remain compliant with STE/STN requirements as they evolve over time. Role Responsibilities: Provide optimization and automation across multiple platforms and applications. Drive consistency for deployment and build processes. Utilize modern tools like Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes, Amazon Web Services, Ansible, Terraform, Python, Linux, and much more. You have worked with teams before on large and demonstrable projects (preferably built on with AWS and familiarity with scripting languages such as Bash, Ruby, Python). Familiarity with containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes. You understand how to set up a CI/CD pipeline. You understand Agile software development and DevOps practices and can work closely with your peers other mid-to large size teams. Focus on understanding customers' needs and translating those needs from product specifications into functional, production ready code and infrastructure.
