About The Position

Sr. DevOps Engineer We are seeking an experienced DevOps leader to drive the vision, architecture, and automation of enterprise CI/CD platforms across cloud and on-prem environments. This role will provide technical leadership to enable scalable, secure, and high-quality application delivery for web, mobile, and cloud solutions. What You Will Do Lead the design and architecture of the enterprise platform and processes to support Agile DevOps model with cloud infrastructure and build and deployment automation with scalability, performance, and high availability. Lead the implementation and governance of continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) practices, including build automation, test automation, fast builds and clean build maintenance, to support rapid, secured, and managed deployments to multiple environments (including production) for multiple product teams, for on premise and cloud platforms. Ensure scalable, high-performance, and highly available DevOps solutions for on-prem and cloud platforms. Provide process and technical leadership, coaching, mentoring to team members who assist development teams to align and enable best practices in software management, branching, merging and packaging. Provide leadership and guidance to ensure processes comply with enterprise security models and audit guidelines to meet Corporate, PCI and Data Security standards. Partner closely with project teams, release management, and IT operations to deliver consistent, high-quality builds for rapid production deployment. Continuously evaluate emerging tools and technologies to improve automation, reliability, and developer experience. Assist in the regular mentoring of team members. What You Will Need Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field. 7–9 years of experience in information systems technology, with strong hands-on experience in DevOps, CI/CD, and automation. SmartCOMM, SmartPATH admin, integrations, development and deployment experience. Solid knowledge of cloud platforms, networking concepts, and security best practices. Must have strong communication skills (written and verbal) Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse cross-functional groups, including Quality, Configuration Management, Data Management, IT operations, and Project Management is required. Experience working in Agile environments with a user-centric, continuous learning mindset. Knowledge of TDD/BDD and modern software development practices. Proven ability to work independently with limited direction while solving complex technical problems. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
