The Sr. Integrations Developer is part of the HRIS team and requires deep technical expertise in Workday Integration tools, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate with HR, IT, Finance, Accounting, and business stakeholders to ensure seamless data flow and system connectivity. As a key technical expert, the Sr. Integrations Developer supports existing integrations and will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable and efficient integration solutions. This position requires strong knowledge of core design principles, common data modeling and patterns, project implementation methodology and a successful record of delivering high-quality integrations. The Sr. Integration Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and maintaining integrations using Workday Studio, Core Connectors, EIBs, and APIs. This role also requires expertise in troubleshooting complex issues, optimizing integration performance, and ensuring data security and compliance. Additionally, the developer will proactively identify opportunities for process automation, system enhancements, and integration efficiencies to support the evolving needs of the business.
