Job SummaryJob Summary: The primary function of the Program Admin is to provide administrative support for on-site programs and initiatives. This role will assist in training & educating others on the program’s initiatives, as well as provide any necessary support for the continued development of the business programs and initiatives. Essential Duties & Responsibilities: Provides technical or administrative support for programs or issues. Provides training to all foodservice associates. Such as recycling, composting, and proper waste disposal. Assists with the development of reports to communicate the effectiveness of current initiatives to programs and ensures recognition for all successful endeavors. Monitors and applies for current and future certifications Collaborates with stakeholders to support program initiatives Reviews and revises sustainability proposals or policies. Supports project goals, objectives, initiatives, and strategies Research trends related to business or site program/initiative to implement. Performs other duties as assigned. Preferred Qualifications: Associates degree required 1-3 years previous relevant work experience. Excellent communication, presentation and facilitation skills. Working knowledge of sustainability management, reporting and transparency, inclusion and diversity, and/or supply chain. Requirements

Previous expereince required.
Associates degree required
1-3 years previous relevant work experience.
Excellent communication, presentation and facilitation skills.
Working knowledge of sustainability management, reporting and transparency, inclusion and diversity, and/or supply chain.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with business clients to understand data, define reporting requirements, and create accurate data models.
Design and develop visually compelling reports and dashboards, supporting historical and predictive data analysis.
Test, validate, and integrate new data models into production; maintain existing reporting products.
Apply statistical techniques to analyze data, interpret trends, and provide reports.
Acquire and clean data from various sources, develop anomaly detection processes, and launch new data models into production.
Document requirements, data models, and underlying query specifications.
Provides technical or administrative support for programs or issues.
Provides training to all foodservice associates. Such as recycling, composting, and proper waste disposal.
Assists with the development of reports to communicate the effectiveness of current initiatives to programs and ensures recognition for all successful endeavors.
Monitors and applies for current and future certifications
Collaborates with stakeholders to support program initiatives
Reviews and revises sustainability proposals or policies.
Supports project goals, objectives, initiatives, and strategies
Research trends related to business or site program/initiative to implement.
Performs other duties as assigned.
