We are seeking a highly skilled Senior DevOps Engineer to join our team and play a critical role in designing, building, and maintaining the infrastructure that powers our cloud-based products. This individual will be responsible for driving automation, scalability, and reliability across our systems while collaborating closely with development, security, and operations teams. The ideal candidate has deep expertise in modern cloud platforms and a passion for optimizing and automating workflows.

  • Cloud Infrastructure Management: Design, implement, and maintain scalable, secure, and cost-effective infrastructure in AWS, or GCP.
  • Automation & CI/CD: Develop and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines, leveraging tools like Atlassian, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, or similar.
  • Monitoring & Reliability: Implement observability frameworks (metrics, logs, tracing) and drive incident response practices to ensure high availability of services.
  • Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Build and manage infrastructure using Terraform, CloudFormation, or similar IaC tools.
  • Security & Compliance: Partner with security teams to enforce best practices, identity management, and compliance standards (e.g., SOC2, FedRAMP).
  • Collaboration: Work closely with product engineers to improve deployment practices, resolve issues, and accelerate delivery cycles.
  • Performance Optimization: Proactively analyze system performance and optimize resources to improve speed, resilience, and cost-efficiency.
  • 5+ years of experience as a DevOps, Site Reliability, or Infrastructure Engineer.
  • Expertise with at least one major cloud provider (AWS, or GCP) and hands-on experience in deploying and managing production workloads.
  • Strong background in containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes, EKS/AKS/GKE).
  • Proficiency with scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or Go.
  • Experience with configuration management tools (e.g., Ansible, Puppet, Chef).
  • Strong understanding of networking, security, and system architecture in cloud environments.
  • Proven track record of building scalable, resilient infrastructure.
  • Experience with hybrid or multi-cloud strategies.
  • Knowledge of serverless technologies (AWS Lambda, Google Cloud Functions).
  • Familiarity with monitoring/observability stacks (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK/EFK, Datadog).
  • Exposure to regulated industries (finance, healthcare, government) and compliance frameworks.
  • Leadership experience mentoring junior engineers or leading cross-functional initiatives
